Right now that seems like a much better idea than taking 17 credits this quarter (and possibly the next 8 quarters). I have been sitting here for nearly 2 hours trying to come up with ideas for a paper due tomorrow about the relationship between theory and practice in teaching. Nothing is coming. And I have two more papers due Wednesday for just one class. And another paper on Thursday. Plus reading for all my classes AND I have yet to practice my mime, which is due tomorrow at 10 am. ACK!
On the plus side, no time to obsess about turning 30 in 6 days.

You know being a trophy wife would drive you insane! But good gravy with all those papers due. Yikes! Good luck and keep at it! Your stroke of genius is just around the corner. :)
ick! what is the name of your degree? is it history teaching?? sorry, i can't remember
Holy Crap! Good luck with all that!
Wish I could be there for your 30th! Wow we're getting old.. no offense :)
Are you going to do something fun.. like head over to the big city of ML for some crazy partying?
I hope this week goes well.
p.s. I forgot to tell you that if anyone can do all this.. it's you. I really mean that!
Thanks guys! Cami - that program is called Masters In Teaching, but I have about 6 classes I need to take to complete my endorsement, and since a social studies endorsement alone is nigh unto unemployable, I am doing the Mid-level Humanities endorsement, which means taking 5 English courses so that I can be endorsed to teach Social Studies AND Language Arts grades 5-8. So yeah, a lot of classes. And I will be here way past anyone else in the program. Major suckage.
LOL. Been there! But doesn't it feel good to have your brain stretched again? Don't remind me you are turning 30 because that means it is fastly approaching for me as well!
Oh man, school stinks. And by the way there is NO relationship between theory and practice in teaching. Trust me...all your theories are thrown out the window when you step into that classroom. It's all about survival!
